Kathy has spent her whole working life in the health and beauty industry, so she knows the difference between a product that looks good on a shelf and one that actually earns a place in your daily routine.
About ten years ago, a serious kidney diagnosis changed how she thinks about her health. Her doctors were watching her numbers closely, and the road ahead looked like more medication and, eventually, dialysis. Kathy decided to take everything within her control seriously: eating clean whole foods, cutting out what her body didn't need, and choosing holistic, plant-based products wherever she could.
That search led her to Sunrider. She now uses the products every day, and today her doctors are pleased with how stable her health has been. She doesn't make medical claims for anyone else — every body is different — but she will tell you exactly what she does each morning, why she does it, and what has worked for her. Her own story is the most honest recommendation she can give.
